This comes out considerably more expensive compared to TeamViewer + Mobile, but I like the LogMeIn stuff I've used so far. I can pay for a LogMeIn Rescue subscription. But I've still got to go through the QS app download mess. I can pay more to get the mobile support package on TeamViewer. What I'm after is something that I can use to remotely connect to ad-hoc devices with a minimum of fuss and friction. But since upgrading to an RMM (Continuum) that comes with LogMeIn, that's what I use now for all my managed devices. I used to use TeamViewer for unattended access to servers and client PCs, and for that it worked well. No ability to support IOS/Android devices (without paying an additional $35/month)

So we've got to go through the download malarkey again. The QS app doesn't seem to persist on the end PC as it's supposed to - users who HAVE downloaded it previously frequently get "the executable this shortcut refers to has been deleted for moved" error when they try to re-run the QS module at a later date. I've got to read out my QuickSupport URL over the phone, then talk the person through downloading the app ("I've clicked on it three times but it's disappeared!"), and finally we get in to actually do what we came for. I've got a TeamViewer subscription, which works well, but is clunky to use from a rescue sense. Quick one - I'd love to get some feedback on what remote support tool people are using, especially in a "rescue" sense.
